Louise Abbott on preserving cultures of rural Quebec

Niels Jensen is now a Transport Canada-certified drone operator. Here's a photo of the Eastmain River in Eeyou Istchee (northern Quebec) that he shot in the autumn of 2017 for COTA (Cree Outfitting and Tourism Association).
